We are pleased to be working with a well-established Scottish law firm that is recruiting for a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team in Aberdeen.

Job Description

The firm is known for its strong client service, supportive culture, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice across its private client and property offerings.

The role will involve working on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Sale and purchase transactions
  • Remortgages and transfers of title
  • Private client-related matters such as wills and powers of attorney
  • Discharges of standard security and equity release work
  • Acting in accordance with the firm’s values by delivering excellent client care and working collaboratively

The firm is looking for a newly qualified solicitor with a solid grounding in residential conveyancing and a genuine commitment to providing a high standard of client service. Strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage a busy caseload with support are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate strong IT proficiency, an ability to work well under pressure, and a collaborative approach within a team environment.
