The role can be based in the Whitburn, Livingston, or Bathgate office.
This is a busy position, involving private family law work including separation and divorce, children’s hearings, family contact, safeguarding, and guardianships.
The firm welcomes candidates from newly qualified with up to 3 years’ PQE level – who have relevant experience and a genuine interest in family law. A particular interest in private family law is desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive firm offering strong progression prospects and hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the office).
