The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters, including disciplinary and grievances, employment contracts, representing clients at ET Hearings, participating in mediation to resolve disputes, handling redundancies, and delivering training and webinars to clients.
Applicants should have undertaken at least one EL seat during their traineeship. Experience of transactional work, including M&A and TUPE, would be beneficial but not essential. Whilst the firm offers hybrid working, there is a requirement to attend the Dundee office at least 3 days per week.
