An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading offshore law firm for a Newly Qualified Associate to join its high-performing Corporate and M&A team in Jersey.

Job Description

This is an ideal move for a junior lawyer looking to launch their career in a top-tier practice, handling complex and high-value transactions in an international setting.

As part of one of the largest corporate teams in the offshore legal market, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity matters. The team is known for its market-leading expertise, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering excellence for clients across global markets.

Candidates should be newly qualified, with strong academic results and first-class training. A seat in corporate or M&A during your training contract would be advantageous. The firm is seeking ambitious and personable individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for transactional work and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

This is a full-time, permanent position, offering exposure to high-calibre international work and a competitive compensation package. If this position is of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Jade or Steph for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 17512)
