NQ, Corporate / Commercial Solicitor

Job Description

This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for an NQ or someone with up to two years’ PQE to develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.

The successful candidate will work across corporate and commercial property matters, supporting a varied client base and gaining hands-on experience in transactional work. The firm is known for delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice and support on corporate and commercial property matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other legal documentation.
• Managing transactions while ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services.
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to business development and the firm’s growth.
