Key Responsibilities

  • Act for a diverse client base, providing clear, practical advice on residential property transactions.
  • Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of residential property efficiently and accurately.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to develop experience in property matters. 
  • Build strong relationships with clients through a proactive and solution-focused approach.

About You

  • Scottish Qualified Solicitor (NQ level).
  • Strong grounding in residential conveyancing during traineeship.
  • High level of technical competence, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
  • Eager to build long-term expertise and broaden experience.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning and development.
