NQ – 2 PQE -  Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Edinburgh.

£43k - £65k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Package.

We are delighted to partner with our client, a leading Legal 500 firm with offices located throughout Scotland.

Due to continued business growth, a newly created role for an NQ – 2 pqe  Dispute Resolution Solicitor is urgently require for the firms expanding Dispute Resolution  practice based Edinburgh.

The Edinburgh team advises on a wide range of contentious business issues, their clients range from entrepreneurs and SME clients through to major entities operating internationally.

Working as part of a collaborative, supportive team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts providing a consistently high quality of legal advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a broad range of dispute resolution matters
• Handling court actions in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session
• Providing support on complex commercial disputes; contract, shareholder, and professional negligence claims
• Providing support dealing with Property-related litigation; Title conditions, landlord/ tenant disputes, title conditions
• Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, correspondence, and negotiation strategies
