Job Description

Non-Contentious Construction Partner - 8+ PQE Glasgow / Edinburgh / Aberdeen / Inverness c. £150k - £180k (DOE) + Extensive Benefits Package.

We are delighted to partner exclusively with this top-tier Legal 500 firm to recruit a Non-Contentious Construction Partner for their expanding practice, based in any of the above locations.

The team is recognised as a leading practice within the profession, and their continuous expansion across multiple locations reflects their expertise and strong market reputation.

This role offers exposure to exceptional work, supporting a diverse client base on major high-profile property developments, regeneration projects, and large-scale engineering initiatives—particularly within the energy sector—across the UK. You will work with clients including developers, project companies, lenders, contractors, and suppliers.

The position provides the opportunity to run matters independently, manage client relationships, and contribute to multi-office project teams on large-scale transactions.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Possess a minimum of 8+ years PQE specialising in non-contentious construction matters.
  • Have substantial experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or energy projects.
  • Have a solid understanding of standard construction documentation/forms.
  • Demonstrate a confident approach, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to build rapport with ease.
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

This is a truly  unique career opportunity to join a market-leading team, with exposure to high-profile work and a supportive, high-performing culture.

Please contact Michelle Beaumont for a confidential discussion.
