Job Description

It’s a firm that genuinely does things differently, offering real flexibility, empowering its people and creating a supportive, collaborative environment where wellbeing is taken seriously.

The Litigation team is going from strength to strength and, as a result, they’re looking to bring in an additional Solicitor. If you’re feeling a bit stuck in your current role and looking for something with more variety, autonomy and progression, this could be a great move.

You’ll work on a broad caseload covering housing matters, contractual disputes, debt recovery and a range of general civil litigation work. It’s a varied role that will keep you engaged and challenged.

Ideally, you’ll have at least 2 years’ PQE and be comfortable managing your own caseload. Strong communication and client-facing skills are key, along with a solid understanding of litigation processes and the confidence to handle matters independently.

This role would suit someone who is proactive and confident – someone who isn’t afraid to have difficult conversations and can hold their own when needed.

In return, you’ll benefit from a high level of autonomy, balanced with the support of an experienced and approachable team. There’s plenty of opportunity to continue developing your skills, with clear scope for progression as you grow.

A competitive salary is on offer, along with a performance-related bonus scheme.
