The role will involve managing a varied caseload of Scottish personal injury matters, including RTA, employer liability, credit hire, and clinical negligence claims.
Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, although newly qualified solicitors or those with litigation experience are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a strong understanding of Scottish personal injury litigation and be confident managing files with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Proclaim and a good understanding of credit/debt hire controls would be advantageous.
The firm offers a steady flow of quality work, a supportive team culture, and the chance to make a meaningful difference to clients. This is a full-time role based in Glasgow, with 3 office days per week and some hybrid flexibility considered. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
