Job Description

The team handles a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including property, family, and employment matters.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base – from individuals and small businesses to larger enterprises – and will collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate, property, and private client departments.

This role offers direct client engagement, autonomy in managing cases, and opportunities for advocacy in courts and tribunals. It also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2-6 years’ PQE who is looking to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment. Applicants should have solid litigation experience, ideally across areas such as insolvency, landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery, family law or employment law. Strong communication skills, a practical approach to legal advice, and confidence in handling hearings and mediations are essential.
