A leading offshore law firm is looking for an Associate to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey.

Job Description

The firm is well-regarded for its global presence and expertise in complex cross-border disputes, acting for financial institutions, corporates, and fiduciaries.

This position sits within a high-performing team advising on a range of contentious matters, including commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, and financial regulatory disputes. The work is dynamic and varied, with regular exposure to high-profile and international cases.

Applicants should have 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in a common law jurisdiction and a background in commercial litigation or a related area. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. The firm values initiative, communication, and a team-focused mindset.
