Legal Director - Private Client

Job Description

Joining a well-established team, you will take on a leadership role within the firm’s highly respected Private Client division. You will play a vital role in shaping the department's future, working closely with the firm’s other practice areas, including family and business law, to deliver a seamless, client-focused service. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking for a role that offers significant career progression within a leading firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a varied and often complex caseload of Private Client matters.
• Supervise and mentor team members across the team.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to strengthen the Private Client offering.
• Drive department development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth.
• Conduct internal training and contribute to the development of best practices within the department.

About You

• 7+ years PQE with extensive Private Client experience.
• STEP qualification is ideal but not essential.
• A client-focused approach, delivering pragmatic and tailored legal advice.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior Solicitors would be advantageous.
• A collaborative, forward-thinking approach with the ability to drive change.
