The successful candidate will handle complex and high value injury claims, lead on strategic case management and contribute to the ongoing development of the team’s profile and capabilities across the UK insurance market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex, high value catastrophic injury and large loss cases for major insurer clients.
• Develop and execute strategic case plans, providing expert legal analysis and advice.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior lawyers and wider team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to client development initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.
• Support business development, marketing, and thought leadership activity within the practice.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, risk management, and compliance across all matters.
