Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer with an established client following or strong referral network to play a key role in the continued growth of a highly regarded practice. The team has experienced significant growth in recent years and is looking for a senior lawyer who can help shape its future direction while delivering exceptional client service.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising employer clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, restructures, redundancies, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Supporting senior management teams and boards with complex and business-critical employment matters.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships while expanding an existing network of contacts.
  • Leading business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the employment practice.
  • Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members where appropriate.

Applicants should be experienced employment lawyers with a strong technical background and a proven track record of winning, retaining, and developing client relationships. Candidates should possess commercial awareness, strong leadership skills, and the ambition to contribute to the strategic growth of a successful practice. A client following or established referral network would be highly advantageous.

You will be joining a highly ranked and supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering pragmatic and commercially focused advice to a diverse client base. The role offers high-quality work, genuine leadership opportunities, flexible working arrangements, extensive business development support, and the chance to play a pivotal role in the continued success of a growing employment practice.

If this role sounds of interest, please contact Frasia or Cameron for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 18722)
