This is an excellent position for a junior to mid-level solicitor seeking to develop their in-house legal advisory experience within an internationally respected, innovation-driven environment.
This role is suited to a solicitor with between 1–4 years’ PQE, qualified in Scotland and/or England & Wales. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the business, advising on a wide range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements and software licences, while also contributing to internal compliance, legal risk management, and template development. The position offers exposure to emerging legal technologies, with opportunities to support legal operations through process improvement, legal tech, AI, and project management initiatives.
Ideal candidates will bring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. A genuine interest in legal innovation and a desire to work in a fast-paced, international professional services environment will be key to success in this role.
