We are delighted to be instructed on a new role with our client, a leading UK law firm, who is seeking a Legal Director or Partner in Commercial and Property Litigation.

Job Description

The team is known for its pragmatic, strategic advice, and forward-thinking use of technology to drive innovation and deliver efficient, tailored solutions for both domestic and international clients.

You’ll advise a diverse client base, including funds, property companies, corporate occupiers, and energy businesses, across a wide range of real estate matters—particularly commercial landlord and tenant issues, development contracts, and energy-related disputes (including wind, solar, and fossil).

Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years’ PQE with extensive experience in the relevant practice areas. Based in Glasgow, this is a senior opportunity to work alongside leading specialists on complex, high-profile real estate, and commercial disputes, with a clear and supported pathway to partnership for those joining at Legal Director level.

This is a strategic leadership role offering exposure to top-tier clients and high-value disputes within a firm that prioritises collaboration, invests in technology, and supports your professional growth.

If this position is of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact either Cameron or Frasia for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 12602)
