Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a loyal and high-quality client base, handling a broad range of residential property matters within a respected and collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of title and refinancing matters
Advising clients on a range of residential property issues and delivering a tailored, relationship-driven service
Supporting cross-border property matters in collaboration with colleagues across the wider property team
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts to support continued business growth

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ PQE in Scottish residential property work and be confident managing transactions independently from inception through to completion. Dual qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates should possess strong communication and organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

You will be joining a supportive and well-respected team with access to high-quality work, excellent training and development opportunities, and a flexible hybrid working environment. The firm offers long-term career progression within a collaborative and client-focused culture.
