Highly regarded, top tier firm with a network of offices throughout Scotland has an immediate career openings for Residential/Commercial Property Solicitors to join their expanding team based in Edinburgh/Glasgow.
Ideally you will be a Scottish qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience, however, more junior lawyers who can demonstrate strong training and experience would also be considered.
These roles will be based in our clients Edinburgh/Glasgow offices, the firm supports a hybrid working approach, our client is also open to either part-time or full-time candidates.
Successful candidates will be expected to handle and develop a workload in one or more of residential, commercial and rural conveyancing.
Our client’s residential property lawyers generally deal with high end properties and seek to develop relationships with appropriate agents.
Their commercial property lawyers act for entrepreneurs, charities and family businesses. The firm’s rural property lawyers deal with the sale, purchase and leasing of farms, estates, forests, fishings, country homes and other rural properties and development transactions (such as on-shore renewable energy projects and sales to house builders).
The roles will be focussed on one or more of the areas described above, depending on candidates’ particular experience and/or desire to specialise in a particular field of property work.
In providing advice to clients, you will work with other tax and succession, business law, charity law, family law, employment law and litigation experts to ensure that fully integrated holistic advice is given to the firm’s clients.
