The successful candidate will work on transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and estate management, as well as commercial leasing, property management and drafting of agreements.
The role would suit a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 3 years’ PQE who has previous experience in commercial or rural property law. Strong drafting skills and the ability to manage a varied and busy caseload independently are essential, along with confidence in client-facing work, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and sustain effective professional relationships.
