Junior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Job Description

The firm is known for its strong client service, supportive culture, and high-quality residential property work.

The role will involve working on a broad range of conveyancing matters, including:

• Sale and purchase transactions
• Remortgages and transfers of title
• Drafting missives and overseeing transactions from offer to completion
• Providing clear advice to clients and liaising with lenders, agents, and other solicitors

The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor at newly qualified to around two years’ PQE, with a solid grounding in residential conveyancing and strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.

You will be joining a friendly, well-structured team with opportunities for development, client contact, and broader exposure to residential property work within the Scottish legal context. The firm offers a competitive salary and a supportive working environment.
