This is a permanent, full-time role offering early responsibility, high-quality work, and close supervision from experienced partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising individuals and families on UK visas, settlement, and British citizenship applications
Managing applications across a range of routes, including Partner, Skilled Worker, and Global Talent visas
Preparing and reviewing immigration applications to ensure compliance with UK Immigration Rules and Home Office guidance
Drafting cover letters and supporting documentation for Home Office submissions
Liaising directly with clients to obtain evidence, provide updates and respond to queries
Advising employers on right-to-work checks, sponsor licence applications, renewals, and compliance duties
Supporting sponsors with SMS reporting, audits, and ongoing licence management
Assisting businesses with the recruitment and onboarding of sponsored workers
Maintaining accurate case files, recording time, and working towards agreed fee targets
Keeping up to date with changes in immigration law, policy, and procedures
Working closely with colleagues and caseworkers to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
The successful candidate will support individual and corporate clients across a broad range of UK immigration, nationality, and citizenship matters, working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Hybrid working may be considered following an initial office-based period.
