The role purpose is to manage both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, mentor junior colleagues, and lead projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal and contractual disputes.
Advising clients on day-to-day employment issues, restructuring, TUPE, and cross-border matters.
Building and maintain client relationships and support business development.
Leading and mentor junior team members on projects.
Applying technical legal expertise and manage legal processes efficiently.
Contributing to team strategy, knowledge sharing, and commercial objectives.
The ideal candidates will be at the NQ-3 PQE level and should have strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and experience guiding and developing teams. Some experience in employment law is desirable.
