Job Description

You will work with a diverse client base—from major public sector bodies and global organisations to SMEs and individual employees. You will be part of a highly accredited team known for its balanced perspective and strong track record in both advisory work and contentious matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, practical advice on day-to-day employment law matters.
  • Prepare ET1/ET3 pleadings and manage Employment Tribunal correspondence.
  • Take and draft witness statements.
  • Conduct legal research to support client matters and litigation.
  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals.
  • Draft non-contentious employment documents, including contracts and policies.
  • Build expertise in dispute resolution, including mediation.
  • Support other departments on employment aspects of corporate transactions (e.g., TUPE warranties and indemnities).
  • Assist in preparing and delivering client training and presentations.
  • Participate in wider team and firm business development initiatives.

You will ideally bring 0–3 years’ PQE and a genuine enthusiasm for employment law. You should have a strong client focus paired with good commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to contributing to business development and supporting the continued growth of the team.

You will join a supportive, experienced team offering strong opportunities for growth, flexible working, and meaningful, high-impact work—all within a culture that values collaboration and work–life balance.
