This flexible role is well suited to a qualified Solicitor with around 1–3 years’ PQE who is keen to develop within a high-performing team.
As part of a collaborative UK-wide employment practice, you will work on a diverse range of contentious and advisory matters, supporting major clients across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting employers with workplace issues including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and redundancies.
Advising on Employment Tribunal cases, predominantly for respondent clients.
Providing employment law input on TUPE, corporate transactions and outsourcing matters.
Drafting employment contracts, consultancy agreements, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and related documents.
Collaborating with senior colleagues and contributing to work across a national employment team.
The role requires strong analytical and organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive, team-focused approach. You will be encouraged to stay current with employment law developments and participate in business development activity where appropriate.
