Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to work on a wide range of finance matters, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and structured finance. The team advises both lenders and borrowers, including major financial institutions and corporate clients.

This role has been created in response to increasing client demand and forms part of the firm’s wider strategy to build one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking finance practices in the UK. The successful candidate will be joining a national team with a strong reputation for technical excellence, commercial insight, and sector expertise.

You will be involved in high-profile transactions across the UK and internationally, gaining exposure to complex deals and working alongside experienced lawyers recognised as leaders in their field. The firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with a strong focus on training, mentoring, and long-term career development. There may also be opportunities for secondments and cross-border collaboration as your career progresses.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded junior lawyer to develop their skills and grow within a team that values ambition, innovation, and client service.
