This well-established international law firm is currently recruiting for an IPTC Lawyer to join its International Trusts and Private Client practice in Guernsey.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, high-performing team advising on a broad range of non-contentious trust and private wealth matters for international clients.

This position is suited to a solicitor or barrister with at least two years’ post-qualification experience in private client or non-contentious trust work, ideally gained in a common law jurisdiction. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the firm’s integrated IPTC practice, advising on trust structuring, private funds, and corporate structures for high-net-worth individuals and families. You will draft and review legal documentation, provide expert advice on Guernsey matters, support junior lawyers, and actively participate in team business development activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage workload efficiently while meeting high standards of client service. STEP qualification or an interest in pursuing it would be an advantage.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Guernsey, offering high levels of responsibility, significant client contact, and a supportive environment with excellent opportunities for professional development. If this position is of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Teddie or Cameron for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 17440)
