The role is a fixed term contract and will run for a period of 12 months but there is potential for extension too. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years PQE and experience in real estate transactions such as sale and purchase, leasing and portfolio management and title review. Applications from candidates with much more experience will also be welcomed, and this could be suited to an experienced candidate looking for a role with additional flexibility.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out client instructions, complete all necessary administration documentation in a timely manner, draft fee notes and draft email correspondence to clients and other solicitors. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision and apply your own legal initiative as part of the team.
