A leading international energy solutions company is recruiting a Company Secretarial Lawyer to join its in-house legal team on a 3-month temporary contract based in Glasgow.

Job Description

This is a senior-level opportunity to support the business during a period of transition, working closely with the Deputy General Counsel and leading the global Secretariat function.

You will oversee the implementation of governance frameworks and company secretarial processes across international jurisdictions. This includes managing statutory records and group structure charts, coordinating corporate actions, filings, incorporations, and dissolutions, and overseeing document execution, notarisation, and legalisation procedures. You will also support cross-functional stakeholders and lead a high-performing Secretariat team to ensure consistency and compliance across all entities.

The team is keen to hear from CGI-qualified professionals or lawyers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in governance, company secretarial work, or legal operations within multinational organisations. Strong leadership and excellent organisational skills are essential.

This is a full-time temporary role based in Glasgow, with hybrid working available (2+ days in-office preferred). A competitive daily rate is on offer, commensurate with experience.

If this sounds of interest, please contact Cameron or Teddie for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 17800)
