This position involves transactional work in telecoms and commercial asset management—both areas currently experiencing rapid growth.
The successful candidate will lead day-to-day transactional asset management work, act as the primary contact for clients, and support the wider team on large-scale projects, adhering to client protocols and firm standards. The role also offers opportunities for non-fee-earning activities like knowledge sharing and training.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE in Scottish commercial real estate, with strong organisational skills and a commercial approach to legal issues, as well as the ability to influence effectively at all levels. Experience in telecoms and/or asset management is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Candidates with experience in residential property, residential development, or rural property will also be considered, provided they have an interest in transitioning to more commercial work.
