Are you a Scottish-qualified Solicitor (0–5 PQE) with a genuine interest in insurance litigation? We are working with a respected and growing firm seeking talented individuals to join their busy Defender Insurance team across Glasgow and Edinburgh. This opportunity offers exposure to complex, high-quality litigation and a clear path for professional development.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage or assist with a varied caseload of defender insurance litigation matters.
• Draft legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Assist with case preparation, investigations, and evidence review.
• Engage with insurers, clients, and counsel, maintaining professional relationships.
• Support the wider litigation team in delivering high-quality legal services.

About You:

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor (0–5 PQE) 
• Interest or experience in insurance litigation / defender work.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture.
• Motivated to develop professionally within a growing practice.
