We have been instructed by a well-established legal practice seeking an additional litigator to join its growing team in Glasgow.

Job Description

You will join a specialist insurance litigation practice, managing a caseload of credit hire, RTA and related civil litigation matters on behalf of insurer and corporate clients. The role will involve handling cases from pre-litigation through to resolution, including progressing matters through the Scottish courts where required, negotiating settlements, preparing court documents and liaising with Counsel.

The firm is keen to speak with candidates who have at least 2+ years’ PQE and experience in civil litigation, credit hire, personal injury or insurance disputes. Experience of the Scottish court process, strong drafting skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently will be highly advantageous.

This full-time position offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements, with office attendance typically required two days per week.
