I’m working with a leading national law firm looking to strengthen its Glasgow Insurance team with an experienced Insurance Defence Solicitor at 3+ PQE.

If you have a solid background in defending claims and want a varied caseload, quality clients and exposure to complex insurance litigation, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

• A varied caseload – managing pre-litigation and litigated EL/PL claims, with exposure to motor and disease work.

What are they looking for?

• Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE.
• Strong experience defending Employers’ Liability and Public Liability casualty claims.
• Motor and disease experience would be an advantage.
• Confidence managing your own caseload and handling litigation.
• Strong communication, organisational and client management skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
