Our client, an international law firm, is seeking an Innovation & Change Lawyer to join its Finance & Projects Group in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Job Description

The role sits at the intersection of law, technology, AI and client delivery, working with lawyers, technologists and innovation specialists to develop technology-enabled solutions for major clients across the finance and infrastructure sectors. You will work directly with clients to identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation and AI, supporting initiatives including GenAI-enabled due diligence, document automation and workflow transformation. The role will also involve client engagement, pitches, business development and change management.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years’ PQE, strong technical skills and a genuine interest in legal technology, innovation and AI. Experience in finance, infrastructure, projects or construction would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a client-facing role at the forefront of legal innovation, with international project exposure and significant responsibility. If this position could be of interest, please don’t hesitate to contact either Cameron or Teddie for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 10810)
