This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international company dedicated to offshore wind energy, supporting its mission to develop, finance, build, and operate wind farm projects around the world.
The position involves drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including FIDIC, LOGIC, and BIMCO agreements, as well as supply and confidentiality agreements. The successful candidate will manage contractor claims, instruct and liaise with external counsel, advise on regulatory matters, and assist with legal queries from across the business. The role offers exposure to high-value projects and a broad variety of legal and commercial work within the energy sector.
Applicants must be Scots or English qualified with up to 4 years’ PQE, and should have experience in commercial litigation and/or commercial contracts, ideally within the energy or infrastructure sectors. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
