This leading global professional services firm is recruiting an Employee Relations Partner to join its team in Glasgow.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a large, international organisation, supporting HR teams and senior stakeholders on a range of complex employee relations and employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising HR teams and business leaders on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
Managing employment litigation, including pre-conciliation and drafting legal documentation
Supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and consultation processes
Coaching stakeholders and strengthening employee relations capability across the business
Contributing to HR policy development and delivering training on employment law and best practice

Applicants should be qualified lawyers with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and significant experience in employment law, gained either in-house or in private practice. You will have proven experience working with senior stakeholders and the ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice in a complex environment.
