This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide spectrum of internal legal matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, legal operations, and risk management.
Working closely with existing in-house counsel, you will engage with colleagues from both legal and business services teams, while also liaising with external clients, suppliers, and regulators. The role offers a varied and rewarding workload, touching on key areas such as internal policy development, contract negotiation, data protection, quality assurance, and regulatory training. You will also contribute to business improvement initiatives and support broader risk and compliance efforts across the firm.
The firm is looking for someone with at least five years of post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to legal regulation and/or commercial contract work. You will need to be proactive, commercially minded, and confident in managing your own workload. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships are essential.
