Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a range of family law matters, including divorce, financial provision and child-related issues
• Assisting with contact and residence disputes, Children's Hearings and referral matters
• Managing your own caseload while providing a high standard of client care and support
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver practical, compassionate and effective legal advice

Applicants should be qualified solicitors from newly qualified level upwards, with exposure to family and child law matters gained during their traineeship or early legal career. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a genuine interest in developing a career in family law.
