The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of family law matters including:
Managing a varied caseload including divorce, separation, financial provision, and child-related disputes
Advising clients from instruction to resolution, providing clear and practical legal guidance
Representing clients in court hearings and progressing matters through litigation where required
Supporting business development activity, legal research, and client-facing content creation
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver efficient, high-quality client service
The position requires a proactive solicitor with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in family law, capable of handling sensitive and complex matters. The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years’ PQE, with newly qualified candidates also considered. Prior experience of family law is required.
