Job Description

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and confident Family Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE to join our expert team. The role will include financial provision on separation, prenuptial agreements, residence and contact disputes, adoption cases and guardianships. The role would suit those keen to further advance and progress their career within this area of work.

Key Accountabilities

Experience:

  • Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters
  • Supporting and collaborating with the wider family law team
  • Providing compassionate and tailored legal advice to clients
  • Ensuring cases progress efficiently while maintaining high client care standards

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to family law matters
  • Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in family law
  • Some knowledge of legal aid would be helpful, for guardianship work.
  • Experience in conducting civil hearings and proofs
  • Ability to supervise and lead junior team members

This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent working conditions. While the role will be primarily office based, we would be open to discuss other arrangements if required.
