This is a brilliant opportunity for a Family Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to step into a role with autonomy, high-quality work, and long-term career potential.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in advising a broad range of clients on complex and high-value family law matters. The firm is known for handling some of the most sensitive and high-stakes cases in the Scottish market.

· Advise on a wide range of family law matters, including high-net-worth divorce, financial provision, and complex child law disputes
· Manage your own caseload with support from a collaborative team
· Work directly with clients and external professionals on a regular basis
· Contribute to business development and play a part in the strategic growth of the team

About You
We’re looking for a confident and empathetic solicitor who can deliver exceptional service and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
You will:
· Be a qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in family law
· Have strong experience in divorce, financial provision, and/or child law
· Be a skilled communicator, both written and verbal
· Be confident working independently while also contributing to a team
· Be commercially aware and interested in building lasting client relationships
· Demonstrate motivation, initiative, and a commitment to continuous development
