This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking for greater autonomy, direct client contact, and the chance to play a key role in developing the firm’s family law offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on a broad range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, financial provision and child-related issues
Managing your own caseload and providing tailored, client-focused advice
Representing clients throughout negotiations and court proceedings where required
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral sources
Contributing to the growth and development of the family law practice
Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service across the firm
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in family law and be comfortable managing matters with a degree of autonomy. Candidates with an existing client following or referral network would be particularly attractive, although this is not essential. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a client-focused approach are key.
