Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of Scotland’s leading family law practices, advising clients on a broad range of sensitive and complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload across all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, financial provision, and child law matters
Advising on cohabitation disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements, and other private client issues
Supporting dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation and court proceedings where required
Building strong client relationships and providing clear, empathetic and practical advice
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless client service
Contributing to the growth of the practice through client development and profile raising activities
