This is a superb opportunity to join one of the largest Family Law tams in Scotland, advising a diverse client base on a wde range of Faimily Law matters. 

The Role

You’ll play a key role in a busy family law practice, advising on:
Separation, divorce, and cohabitation
Financial provision and child-related matters
Complex financial settlements
Draft pre/postnuptial and cohabitation agreements
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
Work closely with colleagues across tax, property, business, and litigation to deliver a complete service to a high net worth  client base.

About You

3–5+ years’ PQE with strong Scottish family law experience
Confident handling financial provision cases
Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach
A strong communicator with empathy, discretion, and client focus
Interest or experience in ADR (mediation, arbitration, collaborative law) is a bonus.
