Job Description

This is a chance to join one of Scotland’s most respected and successful law firms and work as part of a highly regarded Family Law team led by a Partner who is recognised as a genuine expert in the field and is widely respected by clients and colleagues alike.

You’ll enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload, advising clients on financial provision following separation and divorce, as well as a broad range of child-related matters including residence and contact disputes, relocation applications, international child abduction, adoption and surrogacy.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical ability with a compassionate and empathetic approach. You’ll be someone who can offer clear, practical and thoughtful advice, while supporting clients through what can often be some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Alongside your client work, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of the team and play a part in keeping the practice at the forefront of developments in family law.

You’ll be joining a genuinely supportive environment where your ongoing learning and professional development will be actively encouraged. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis following an initial settling-in period.
