The Role
- You’ll play a key role in a busy family law practice, advising on:
- Separation, divorce, and cohabitation
- Financial provision and child-related matters
- Complex financial settlements
- Draft pre/postnuptial and cohabitation agreements
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
- Work closely with colleagues across tax, property, business, and litigation to deliver a complete service to a high net worth client base.
About You
- 3–5 years’ PQE with strong Scottish family law experience
- Confident handling financial provision cases
- Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach
- A strong communicator with empathy, discretion, and client focus
- Interest or experience in ADR (mediation, arbitration, collaborative law) is a bonus.
