You will join the a specialist Family Law team, handling a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child-related issues. Key Responsibilities
> Manage a varied caseload of family law matters from initial instructions to resolution
> Provide clear and empathetic advice to clients on financial, children, and relationship matters
> Prepare documentation, correspondence, and court papers
> Negotiate settlements and represent clients effectively in mediation or court proceedings
> Liaise with clients, counsel, and relevant third parties
> Ensure compliance with procedural rules, deadlines, and best practice standards
About You
> Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ–Senior Associate level considered)
> Experience in family law, including contentious and non-contentious matters
> Strong technical, organisational, and negotiation skills
> Empathetic and confident in client-facing situations
> Able to manage your own workload while contributing positively to a team
