If you are an ambitious Family Law Solicitor who is looking to take the next step in your career, this role offers genuine autonomy, the chance to take ownership of your work, and the opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the firm’s Family Law team.
You will manage your own varied caseload of family law matters, including complex and high-value cases, while also supporting the development of more junior team members through mentoring and guidance.
The firm is ideally seeking a solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE in family law, with strong experience handling financial provision matters, particularly in high-net-worth or complex cases. Accreditation as a Family Law Specialist with the Law Society of Scotland would be highly advantageous, although candidates who are willing to work towards this accreditation will also be considered.
In addition to strong technical expertise, you will have the confidence and commercial awareness to contribute to business development activities, build client relationships, and act as a positive ambassador for the firm.
