Our client a Legal 500 national firm has a truly unique and exciting career opportunity for an experienced, ambitious Family Law Solicitor to head up their Aberdeen practice.
 
This opportunity requires an individual who possesses strong leadership skills, to be instrumental in the continuous strategic growth of the practice area whilst delivering a high quality of legal advice  to a diverse client base.

Assume full responsibility for the Family Law practice, playing a key role in setting and delivering the firm’s long-term strategy and growth objectives.
 
Lead on complex, high-value family law matters, acting as a trusted adviser to clients across Aberdeen and the North East.
 
Drive the future direction of the practice, enhancing its market position while strengthening your own leadership profile within the firm and the wider legal community.
 
Shape, grow, and consolidate a core practice area within the firm with a strong regional reputation and established presence in the market.
 
About you:
 
An experienced Family Law solicitor with substantial post-qualification experience (ideally 8+ years) possessing a strong technical grounding in complex family matters.
 
Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience overseeing client work, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the strategic development of a practice area.
 
Commercially and strategically astute, with the ability to grow and sustain a practice while maintaining the highest standards of legal excellence.
 
Ambitious and motivated to lead, with the credibility and drive to influence decision-making at a senior level within the firm
 
Excellent interpersonal skills, bringing a collaborative, collegiate approach and a clear commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
