A leading Scottish law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Family Law Partner to join its highly regarded Glasgow team.

This is a significant lateral hire opportunity for an established Family lawyer who has built a strong reputation in the market and is looking for the opportunity to further develop their practice within a leading Scottish firm.

The successful candidate will join a well-established and highly respected Family Law practice, advising a sophisticated client base across a broad range of complex and high-value family matters.

You will have the opportunity to:

Manage a high-quality and varied Family Law caseload, including complex and financially significant matters.
Act for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, professionals and other private clients.
Develop and grow your own client relationships and referral network.
Play a key role in the continued growth and development of the Glasgow Family Law practice.
Work alongside experienced and highly regarded lawyers within a collaborative, collegiate environment.
Contribute to the firm's wider strategic development and profile within the Scottish market.

We are interested in speaking with Senior Associates, Legal Directors and Partners with a strong background in Family Law and a proven track record of handling sophisticated matters.

You will ideally have:

A strong reputation and established profile within the Scottish Family Law market.
Significant post-qualified experience in Family Law.
Experience managing complex and high-value family matters.
Strong client relationship and business development skills.
A demonstrable following or the ability to develop and grow a successful practice.
Excellent technical, commercial and communication skills.
The ambition to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of a leading Family Law team.
